A lifetime Massachusett's resident-I've worked and taught in the addiction recovery field for the past 35 years. I hold a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University, and currently serve as Professor & Chair of North Shore Community College's addiction programs.My first 'loves' included:
-Photography-where I honed my skills at observing the natural world;
-Martial arts & meditation-where I learned how best to integrate mind/body/spirit, and first became a teacher; and
-Ancient philosophy/comparative religion-that illuminated the common factors that human psyches have grappled with for centuries.I hope you will reflect with me on a host of subjects-ranging from relationships, our deepest longings...and how we might best navigate everyday decisions in an ever-changing world!
